Fredun Shapur studied at Central St Martin’s and the Royal College of Art, both in London, in the 1950s, and worked at ad agencies and design studios in London and Prague. He is best known for designing educational toys for Naef in Switzerland, Galt Toys in the UK, and Creative Playthings in the US. Shapur’s work is now held in the V&A Museum of Childhood, London.
