21 | TWENTY ONE showcases designers living and working in Britain who have come to prominence since the millennium. They lead public taste and critical debate; they are innovators and explorers of new materials or processes; they are establishing new ways of working. Combining interviews with commentary, Gareth Williams examines what design means and has meant to Britain and British identity. Designers include El Ultimo Grito, Industrial Facility, Jaime Hayon, Troika, and rAndom International, who have worked for brands such as British Airways, Camper, Droog, Muji, The Science Museum, and MoMA.
