On page 214, in the Ginger-Molasses Buckwheat Bars recipe, the amount of butter should be:
¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons (1¾ sticks) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly, plus more for the pan
On page 170, in the Bahn Mi Rice Bowls with Spicy Pork and Sriracha Mayo recipe, the remaining third tablespoon of rice vinegar is added along with the remaining fish sauce and sugar (see the last line of the second paragraph in the recipe method):
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Stir in the remaining 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, and ½ teaspoon sugar.
On page 184, in the Coconut Curry Noodles with Shrimp and Napa Cabbage recipe, you need salt to add to the boiling water before cooking the rice noodles:
Kosher salt should be included in the ingredient list, after cabbage and before rice noodles.
