Super Easy Leg Warmers (page 55)

Requires 2 skeins of Cascade 220 and 2 skeins of Madil Kid Seta.

Women’s Hand/Wrist Warmers (page 66)
(1st printing)
Under Thumb Opening, pattern should read:
Row 5: K1, *p2,k2; repeat from * to last 3 sts, end p2, k1.
Row 6: P1, *k2, p2; repeat from * to last 3 sts, end k2, p1.

Airy Scarf (page 69)
Some knitters have had a problem with this pattern, but it is correct as printed. If, when you complete the eyelet row, you end up with 21 sts and not 22, you most likely omitted a yarn over (yo) after the last k2tog and before the last stitch.

Pattern should read: Cast on 21 stitches Work in pattern st as follows:

Yarn Requirements should read:
#01 Hollywood pink (A) 2 skeins
#113 Wildflowers (B) 1 skein
#W Persimmon (C) 3 skeins

Under Strap (page 94), pattern should read as follows:
Row 1: K 15, yo, slip 3 sts as if to purl with yarn in front (not in back, as stated).
Row 2: Pull the working yarn firmly around behind the slipped sts to form a tubular edge, k3, drop yo from needle, K12, yo, slip 3 sts as if to purl with yarn in front.

Silk Camisole (page 96)
(1st printing)
This error affects the second size (chest 32) only.
Round 4 should read: *K2 (4, 5 2, 4), {k1, yo, k2, ssk, k2tog, k2, yo} 9 (10, 11, 13, 14) times, k1 (3, 4, 1, 3), slip marker; repeat from * once more.

Loveable Toys-Elephant Only (page 109)
(Printings 1, 2)
Under Elephant Ears (mid-paragraph), a line was omitted. After “Repeat Rows 2 and 3 three more times — 22 sts”, instructions should read: “Knit 8 more rows in seed stitch.”
Continue with Decrease Rows as printed.

Hourglass Sweater (page 112)
A note on yarn requirements:
Some, but not all, knitters have run short of yarn by one or even two skeins when working this pattern. Please be sure to purchase one or two extra skeins of yarn for this project.

Under Lower Body section, last line of first paragraph should read:
Knit 10 rnds, end last rnd 2 sts before the beginning marker.

Decrease round should read:
*Ssk, k1, k2tog, knit to within 2 sts of next marker; repeat from *

Third paragraph should end:
…end last rnd 1 st before the beginning marker.

Increase round should read:
*Kf&b (knit into front and back of same st to increase 1 st), k1, kf&b, k to within 1 stitch of the next marker, repeat from * once more — 4 sts increased. Knit 13 rnds.

Under Sleeves section:
4th paragraph should read:
After working the first sleeve, place marker and knit the sleeve sts…

Under Yoke section:
1st paragraph should begin:
Place marker and knit 46 (52, 66, 70, 76) sts from needle…

1st paragraph should end:
Knit 1 rnd even, end last rnd 2 sts before beginning marker.

Decrease round should read:
*Ssk, k1, k2tog, knit to within 2 sts of next marker; repeat from * 3 more times.

Herringbone Poncho (page 117)
(1st printing)
Under Finishing, the first line should read: Lay poncho flat with the wrong side (side with ridged horizontal welts) facing down (not up as stated).

Ombre Alpaca Blanket (page 118)
A note on yarn requirements:
The yardage for the yarn used in this pattern has changed. The yardage is now 110 yards per skein instead of 120, so you will most likely need one more skein (8 instead of 7) for each color.

Page 122
Under FINISHED MEASUREMENTS, the Chest measurements should read as follows: 41 (43, 47 1/2, 52)” (104 [109, 120.5, 132] cm).

The first paragraph of the pattern should begin: “With longest circular needle, cast on 38 (38, 42, 46) sts for left front, pm (place marker), cast on 72 (80, 88, 96) sts for back, pm, cast on 38 (38, 42, 46) sts for right front–—148 (156, 172, 188) sts. Do not join….”

Under DIVIDE FOR YOKE, the fourth line down should read: “…the last 8 sts just worked on a stitch holder, work in pattern to end—30 (30, 34, 38) sts for each front, 64 (72, 80, 88) sts for back. Turn, and work 30 (30, 34, 38) sts for right front only. Set aside….”

Under SLEEVES, the second line of the first paragraph should read: “Establish k4, p4 rib pattern as follows: For sizes 41″, 43″, and 52″, p2, *k4, p4; repeat from * to last 6 sts, end k4, p2. For size 47 1/2″, k2, *p4, k4; repeat from * to last 6 sts, end p4, k2. Work in rib pattern….”
The eighth line of the first paragraph should read:Repeat the last 9 (8, 8, 7) rnds 7 (7, 11, 11) more times—64 (64, 72, 72) sts. Work even….”
The next-to-last line of the first paragraph should read: “…from the middle of these sts, work in pattern to end—56 (56, 64, 64) sts on needle. Break yarn.”

Page 124
Under YOKE, the second line of the first paragraph should read: “…sts for the back, pm, then work across left front sts to end—236 (244, 276, 292) sts.”

Under YOKE, Decrease Row: (RS), the fourth line down should read: “Repeat the last 2 rows 17 (17, 19, 20) more times, changing to the medium length circular needle, if desired, as the number of sts decreases—92 (106, 116, 124) sts: 12 (12, 14, 17) sts for each front, 20 (20, 24, 22) sts for each sleeve,28 (36, 40, 46) sts for back.”

The fifth line from the bottom of the same paragraph should read: “Repeat the last 2 rows 2 more times—80 (88, 104, 112) sts: 12 (12, 14, 17) sts for each front, 14 (14, 18, 16) sts for each sleeve, 28 (36, 40, 46) sts for back; piece measures about 7 3/4 (7 3/4, 8 1/4, 8 3/4)” (19.5 [19.5, 21, 22] cm) above joining row.”
