Meritxell Martí

Meritxell Martí was born in Barcelona, Catalonia (Spain). She studied Music and Humanities and has worked as a piano teacher, editor, and university professor. Today, she devotes herself entirely to crafting and writing stories for children. She has published nearly a hundred books, most of them illustrated by Xavier Salomó. Together, they have won several awards, including the Quebec Booksellers’ Prize and the Reykjavík Literary Award
