Lisa Wilke Pope is the Elkader Public Library director. She was born and raised in Elkader and received her BA in English from the University of Northern Iowa. She and husband Dave have two grown children. In her spare time, she likes to read (imagine that)! The Day the Big Bad Wolf Got His Comeuppance is her literary debut.
