Simple Fare: Spring and Summer – Errata
On page 142, in the method for Cured Eggs, second paragraph, first line should read: “In a 2–quart (2–L) saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, bay leaf, and 3 cups (720 ml) water and bring to a boil.”
On page 156, in the list of ingredients, it should read “1⅓ cups (165 g) all-purpose flour” (correction in bold).
